Uncomfortably cold in the room due to ineffective heating!!! Loud noise from thin walls disrupts sleep!!! Hot water issues required repeated requests to resolve!!!

this was my second stay in neos marmaras, and greek house made it special. the location is perfect, just steps from the beach, and the atmosphere feels like home. i appreciated the lovely balcony view and how clean everything was during my short visit.

The owners demonstrate incredible generosity and kindness. I loved the sea view from my balcony. it made every morning special as I enjoyed my coffee.

the photos looked stunning, but the "classic" experience was a moldy mess. the air conditioning was like an ancient relic, and the hot water? Definitely a game of roulette. if I had known I’d be treated like everyone else, I wouldn’t have bothered planning this trip at all. I almost wrote a nice review but just couldn’t.
